At the airport, it is often seen that many passengers have a neck pillow hanging on their hands, or travel pillow, aircraft pillow, U-shaped pillow.
The purpose of using a neck pillow is to support the neck, so that it will not sway back and forth, or sleep with your head tilted on a plane for a long time.
Everyone's neck is different in length and thickness. The choice of inflatable, foam, and plastic particle filling materials can be based on personal preference, but there are two key points in purchasing and using:
1. The thickness should be able to fully support and cover the neck, and it should be comfortable after being fixed.
2. When wearing it, the head should be easily leaned back and the chin should be slightly retracted.
If you don't have a neck pillow on a long-distance flight or car, you can roll a thin coat or blanket into a long cylinder to support your neck.
